About Me
I am Amy. Daughter, sister, friend, amateur squash player and triangle enthusiast. Above all the things that I mentioned - I AM WORTHY!

Having been diagnosed with breast cancer at the young age of 22 and having to rely on others to make it through that difficult time, I realised the true sense of community. The true meaning of FAMILY.
​
During my recovering journey to remission, surrounded by loved ones, a seed of appreciation for life was planted in me and brought Uworthy to life .
​
Being in remission for almost a year, the emotional healing journey, is but only beginning now, taking and appreciating life day by day!

I grew up as the odd duck. The last one to be picked for a group activity and just not knowing my worth. To be a triangle in a society full of circles was tough! I spent many of my years feeling unworthy in all aspects of life, really - feeling like a misfit and believing the constant lie in my head that I am not worthy.
Until...
​
Almost everything were taken from me and all I was surrounded with were caring and loving friends, family and strangers who grew to be loved ones. It gave me a sensation of belonging. I realised that I am not alone - I am surrounded by people who love and care for me dearly. When I looked at myself through Abba Father’s eyes, I, for the first time in my 24 years on earth, realised my worth. I AM SO WORTHY.
